LED-UV Curing

BW Converting offers advanced Baldwin LED-UV curing systems designed to provide high-speed, energy-efficient curing for offset printing. On sheetfed offset, our systems cures ink wherever you need it - 5th color white, at the perfector, and end of press coater. On web offset, they replace massive dryers (40-ft/13m) with a small (3ft/1m) LED-UV mount. With precise control and minimal heat generation, our Baldwin LED-UV curing solutions ensure vibrant, fast-drying results while reducing energy consumption and extending machine life. Even when running presses at full speed, our systems will still get a full 100% cure.
