The machine is equipped with electronic controls, enabling flexibility in the final product and effortless adjustment of the production speed.
The PCMC Amica Unica line features the innovative Double Geometry Technology applied on the rewinder nest, a simple configuration changeover from the HMI. The PCMC Amica Unica guarantees high quality consumer and industrial products, all in one line: soft and tight winding. Focused on real market requests, the PCMC Amica Unica realizes that one rewinder geometry is not enough for true consumer and industrial products, applying the Double Geometry Technology in the winding nest with a simple configuration changeover from the HMI.
The PCMC Amica Matrix was conceived as an extremely flexible line, following the continuously changing market demands. Speed and cycles can be increased during the line’s lifecycle, according to the changing production needs and product characteristics, maintaining the same supreme quality. A unique line designed for your specific needs from 450 mpm to 650 mpm (1476 fpm to 2132 fpm) and 20 lpm to 50 lpm.
