BW Converting's W+D VENTUS-624R is the most productive and efficient handkerchief machine in the world. As a complete system, the machine now offers for the first time a consistent concept developed under BW Converting's W+D brand. The W+D VENTUS-624R embosses, folds and cuts the single sheets (N-fold or Z-fold) from the tissue web at even higher speeds. In addition, the machine features a newly developed single packer and the proven bundle wrapper for a wide range of pack sizes. An end-to-end control concept based on Siemens technology increases ease of operation, reduces training requirements and simplifies both servicing and the spare parts inventory.
